With SGL FlashNet Clustering, users can maximize the media usage of their digital tape and DVD libraries without compromising their existing systems.

The system allows broadcasters to organically grow the size of their facility by adding multiple SGL FlashNet servers to their existing infrastructure.

SGL FlashNet Clustering also provides distributed archive and restore functionality with automatic load balancing.

Also new at IBC is MXF Partial File Restore. This feature has been developed to allow short clips of far longer material to be restored from an archive.
