Shotoku to introduce TRP-100 pedestal to U.S. market

Shotoku Broadcast Systems will introduce its TRP-100 robotically controlled pedestal to the U.S. market at NAB2008. Ideal for all studio applications including news, sports and current affairs, the TRP-100 is controlled by the Shotoku TR-8T control system.

The TRP-100 pedestal allows full X, Y and height camera movement in conjunction with conventional pan and tilt motion. The TRP-100 supports any camera configuration up to 220lbs while gliding through 2.5ft (750mm) of elevation at up to 1ft (300mm) per second.
