Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) has renewed its service contract for Abit automation systems installed at its facilities in Cologne and Bonn. The Present-it automation platforms in each location transmit programs to more than 17 million people in western Germany.
The Present-it system’s flexible, customizable design helps WDR minimize station running costs through the routine automation of daily activities such as the transfer of schedules smoothly and seamlessly in addition to finding and managing video and handling errors before the transmission.
