Wohler has acquired Europa Australia, technology provider for Wohler’s HDDC-200A caption encoder bridge.
Wohler Technologies will complete the acquisition of Europa Australia by the end of the September. Led by Elio Deluca, the company specializes in closed-captioning and data insertion and extraction technologies.
Europa Australia was established in 1996 to provide cost-effective, high-end solutions for the broadcast industry. Wohler already has incorporated this technology into the HDCC-200A HD/SD-SDI dual-channel, closed-captioning encoder/decoder bridge.
