At NAB2013 Ericsson is to launch the new AVP 4000 encoder. Broadcasters and platform operators need system flexibility and agility to keep pace with the demand for new services. Broadcasters also need to migrate legacy standard definition infrastructure to support HD and multiscreen delivery. Broadcasters need to build more flexible systems, yet remain within budget.
