New 16x9 lens converter offers quality, economy

The EXII 0.8X wide converter was designed specifically for the Fujinon 17X zoom lens that comes with the Panasonic HPX300 and JVC GY-HM700 HD cameras.
16x9 has introduced the EXII 0.8X wide converter, an HD-quality lens converter with a lower price.
Featuring a two-element design, the compact, lightweight EXII 0.8X wide converter increases wide-angle coverage by 20 percent compared to the stock lens with minimal barrel distortion. The EXII 0.8X also offers full zoom-through.
The EXII 0.8X wide converter was designed specifically for the Fujinon 17X zoom lens that comes with the Panasonic HPX300 and JVC GY-HM700 HD cameras. However, 16x9 is making the EXII 0.8X available for a variety of HDV cameras from Canon, Panasonic and Sony. In addition to 62mm, 72mm, 77mm and 82mm threaded mounts, 16x9 will offer multiple bayonet mounts.
