Arab Radio & Television orders third SNG vehicle from Megahertz

Arab Radio & Television (ART) has ordered an SNG vehicle from UK systems integrator Megahertz Broadcast Systems, in addition to the two such vehicles it ordered in September.
This vehicle will be identical to those already being built and will be equipped with an Advent Newswift 150cm satellite dish, two Xicom XTRD-400k high-power amplifiers, TANDBERG Television encoders and receivers and fiber links to and from external sources. Megahertz expects to deliver the first two SNG vehicles by the end of the year. The third vehicle will be completed by spring 2007.
ART’s new SNG vehicles will be based in Saudi Arabia.
