When using Avid NewsCutter editing systems with the Avid MediaDock Ultra320 local storage system, the ATTO FastStream SC 5300 storage appliance provides RAID protection for data while maintaining full system performance. Designed as an external device that integrates with JBOD or RAID storage, the FastStream SC product family adds data protection and storage networking with the performance needed for uncompressed HD video production.
With a central point of management, the FastStream SC allows multiple editing suites to be managed from a single location, even remotely, making it simple to maintain and monitor storage.
