Instituto Federal Electoral (IFE) in Mexico City has awarded a contract to Dayang International for the supply of broadcast television production and post-production equipment.
The tender includes a D3-CGSD-3D-ADR character generator, D3-Edit-7600A editing workstation, D3-Dub 3000G dubbing workstation and MW-5200 multiviewer controller.
Dayang's D3-CG character generator provides the tools required to originate graphics, titles and animation, including real-time letter-by-letter motion-path manipulation. The D3-Edit video/audio editor features hardware-accelerated real-time 3-D page turn, reshaping, graphic pasting and particle effects based on Flex 3D and Power of X technology.
The company's D3-Dub dubbing workstation consolidates all the facilities required for routine file-based video and audio content copying into a single system. The MagicWall 5000 multidisplay controller incorporates auto-sensing SDI inputs and switchable dual 1600 x 1200 pixel DVI outputs with integral deinterlacing.
