The HZ-CA13U optional adapter for the JVC ProHD GY-HD200U allows the camera to accept certain 16mm prime lenses.
JVC has unveiled an optional adapter for the JVC ProHD GY-HD200U high-definition camcorder that allows it to use 16mm prime lenses and has enhanced the camera’s gamma capability.
The HZ-CA13U is an optional lens adapter designed for the 1/3in bayonet mount of the ProHD camcorders that enables the use of 16mm film prime lenses with a PL (Positive Lock) mount.
The GY-HD200 can correct the inverted image from a prime lens so there is no requirement for a mechanical or editing function to record the image in the proper proportion.
JVC also has enhanced the GY-HD200U’s gamma capability to allow users to enhance captured images.
