Lightwave Audio Systems has introduced the G5, a high specification news boom pole.
The pole is designed to be robust and lightweight. Instead of metal threads, the G5 news pole offers a triple-cam locking system allowing for a minimal 15 degrees of twist to lock/unlock, facilitating cleaning and reducing the likelihood of jamming.
The pole can be supplied with an internal coiled cable as an option using Neutrik NC3 (XLR style) connectors with gold-finished pins.
