Ross Video’s new sideCar control panel connects to OverDrive remote client PCs.
Ross Video has introduced sideCar, a compact control panel that connects directly to any OverDrive remote client PC.
The product gives OverDrive operators one-touch control of rundowns, OverDrive QuickRecalls and CustomControls, media playout, camera robotics and audio levels. Ross Video’s sideCar gives a single operator the ability to make quick changes to accommodate late-breaking and unscripted events. Leveraging OverDrive’s client/server architecture, facilities can use multiple sideCar panels on their network to allow different operators to manage different devices in a production.
