Autoscript and Sachtler jointly have developed the ELP DV, a lightweight prompter that integrates seamlessly with the Sachtler DV heads, and can also be powered by the Sachtler 7.2V battery. The battery can power both camera and prompter, providing up to 3 hours of operational time.
The 8in unit fits directly under the camera on the fluid head. The prompter plate is shaped like the camera mounting plate, which allows immediate prompter addition or removal.
