E2G Partners in Cincinnati, OH, completed its acquisition of the assets of Tampa Microwave Lab (TMLI).
TMLI, which produces microwave products for satellite communication systems, will continue to do business under its current name at its facilities in Tampa, FL.
Tampa Microwave designs and manufactures microwave equipment for various ground-based commercial and government satellite communication programs. The company's products include: block up- and downconverters, satellite communication system simulators, loop test translators, various custom rack mount subassemblies, and many custom designed products.
Eric Guerrazzi, formerly president of KDI Precision Products, a wholly-owned subsidiary of L-3 Communications, and managing director of E2G Partners, will assume the position of president of TMLI. James Walworth, the previous owner of TMLI, will remain with the company as a senior design engineer.
