Morrow Technologies VC70 offers solution for ‘COFDM lock-up’

Morrow Technologies has introduced a solution to “COFDM lock-up” with its VC70 spectrum analyzer. The VC70 gives the broadcast engineer the ability to see the signal before it appears on a signal meter. This allows engineers to assist field technicians with optimizing the transmission path.

During ENG operations, the VC70 can monitor the signal strength, carrier-to-noise, adjacent signals and interference. Any problems during COFDM operations, whether due to marginal signal or because the receive chain is over saturated can easily be found and corrected.
