France's M6 TV network has successfully implemented Orad Hi-Tec Systems’ new PowerWall 4K video wall graphic solution.

M6 is relying on PowerWall to place compelling high-resolution graphics on its 32m video walls for its widely viewed news programs "Capital" and "66 Minutes," among others. PowerWall is used weekly for both live and live-to-server broadcasts.

M6 relies on Orad's 3DPlay controller, connected via VDCP to the Snell & Wilcox Kahuna switcher, to take graphics layout to the video wall while production is running, regardless of the type of show. As a result, the video display layout is instantly reconfigured seamlessly via regular operations. Content, manual and editorial links are operated via Orad's Maestro application and are connected to M6's NRCS environment, enabling M6's journalists and producers to work freely with the new display possibilities.

As in the past, M6 continues to rely on Orad's 3DWeather and digital master control room broadcasting graphic solutions with automated control for the network's 24/7 premium HD channels.
