During IBC2008, Gefen will show its newest video scalers that are designed for simplicity and high-quality scalability with support for 1080p HD output.

The new scalers include the consumer Simple TV Scaler, professional Audio/Video Scaler Pro and 3G-SDI to HDMI Scaler for broadcast applications. Each comes with a unique selection of audio/video inputs and outputs as well as HVQ (Hollywood Quality Video) scaling.

The Simple TV Scaler supports four audio/video inputs, including one composite/S-video source with analog audio, two HDMI sources with digital audio and one component video source with analog audio.

The Audio/Video Scaler Pro scaler supports one DVI input with analog audio, two HDMI inputs with digital audio, one composite input with analog audio, one component input with analog audio and one S-video input with analog audio.

The 3G-SDI to HDMI Scaler allows a direct connection between 3G-SDI sources and consumer HDMI displays.
