Belgium’s RTL-TVI employs DELTACAST for UEFA Cup coverage

DELTACAST’s sports graphics and image processing technology is being used during the telecasts of several European soccer championships in England, Scotland, Italy (HD), Belgium and Portugal (HD). DELTACAST provides a wide range of cost-effective video boards and applications for sports production professionals.

DELTA-sport allows full autonomous capture and replay (no slow-mo system needed), performing keying in full HD resolution. DELTA-sport HD for virtual graphics doesn’t need up/downconverters and is HD/SD switchable.

DELTA-stat, used for customized live sports branding, consists of a standard PC, DELTACAST board and a custom GUI to automate the appearance of timers, stats and animations. DELTA-stat HD manages all the graphics to overlay during the game and is also HD/SD switchable. Operation requires no graphics knowledge, and it allows internal or external keying.
