TV Magic is providing design and installation services for a new HD-ready production system at Cottonwood Church's new 32-acre facility in Cypress, CA.

Installed in the new control room, the production system will support Cottonwood's live production and recording of services, enabling the media department to provide an enhanced experience for the congregation on Sundays and to create higher-quality masters of the service for post production and distribution for SD and future HD broadcasts.

TV Magic designed the new facility's HD-ready production system to support five to eight cameras on a switched feed and multiple ISOs recorded to videotape machines or servers. The system incorporates a Thomson Grass Valley Kayak switcher, Miranda Technologies multiviewer, Pixel Power character generator, Avocent KVM switch and custom consoles and racks.
