MSNBC unveiled a new set in the NBC News Washington Bureau last week that brings it up to par with similar technical facilities in the cable network’s New York City studios. The HD studio will be used for “Hardball” and other MSNBC programs which originate from the nation’s capitol. The new studio mimics the network’s 30 Rockefeller Plaza studio, with its multiple HD flat-screen monitors, Sony HD cameras and shared storage editing environment.
