Ross Video has released MDK-111ALite, an HD/SD SDI mixer/keyer with A/B background inputs for additional background mixing.

The MDK-111ALite is designed for HD/SD keying applications. The unit, part of Ross Video’s openGear line, provides a solution for keying external devices, such as character generators, graphic systems and EAS devices, into a program stream.

The openGear line is based on an open-architecture, 2RU modular frame. A wide variety of openGear cards are available from terminal equipment vendors that support the openGear platform.
