Last week, Louis Libin, chairman of the Political Conventions Communications Committee (POLCOMM) and president of Broad-Comm in Woodmere, NY, provided a high-level view of the frequency coordination efforts required to pull off coverage of the Democratic National Convention from Denver.
Libin’s right-hand man at the convention was Jim Schoedler, POLCOMM 2008 DNC RF coordinator and former chairman of SBE Chapter 48 in Denver. Schoedler was the person responsible for coordinating dozens of frequency coordinator volunteers from the area’s broadcast community who were needed for the event.
This week, Schoedler sheds more light on the frequency coordination efforts in Denver.
