Solid State Logic shows improved AWS 900+ analog workstation
Oct 10, 2008 1:46 PM
The AWS 900+ SE includes a project management browser application called Logictivity.
Solid State Logic has added MIDI over Ethernet capability to its AWS 900+ analog workstation, and now calls it the model AWS 900+ SE.
MIDI over Ethernet replaces existing MIDI connectivity with a single Ethernet connection that enables the console to communicate directly with the user’s DAW host computer, thus simplifying installation and removing the need for a separate MIDI interface.
AWS 900+ SE also includes SSL’s Logictivity browser software called Logictivity, which facilitates TR and AWSomation data storage and streamlined offline configuration capabilities that include scribble strip naming.
The SE upgrade is available for purchase by existing AWS 900 and AWS 900+ owners.
