At IBC2008, Ericsson and TANDBERG Television are debuting new technology solutions to enable content providers and service operators to reach consumers across any platform, to any device.
From video contribution to consumer TV services, the companies will show how their combined broadcast, broadband and mobile expertise powers the individual TV experience and supports multiplatform, multiformat television, in an all-HD, on-demand and connected TV world.
The companies are showing acquisition, contribution and distribution, content management, HDTV, VOD, Internet, cable, mobile, IPTV and advanced advertising solutions.
Highlights include iPlex and Mediapath for IPTV and the TANDBERG Television RX8310 multiformat professional receiver.
