Costa Rican TV broadcaster Teletica has installed Chyron’s Channel Box software channel-branding system to complement an existing tandem of HyperX2 graphics systems.

According to Teletica technical manager Alexander Porras, HyperX2’s combined SD/HD switching capabilities, real-time response and tool sets are central to its on-air look. The Channel Box data-binding features meet the broadcaster’s branding needs, he added.

Running on version 2.0 software, Teletica’s Channel Box features advanced data-binding technology along with a self-adjusting content awareness feature that makes automated promo generation simple and efficient.
