Bluefish444 certifies Proavio's R14HDS for HD, 2K use

Bluefish444 has certified the Proavio R14HDS video RAID solution by Bluefish444 for use with its HD and 2K capture and playback hardware.

With two hardware RAID controllers and a 14-disk rack-mount design, the R14HDS relies on an active-active Ultra320 SCSI RAID configuration to ensure performance.

R14HDS can be configured and reconfigured as production needs change. The product supports a wide variety of redundancy settings, including data protection with RAID-5. Hardware redundancy includes studio-quality redundant power and Proavio’s low-noise studio cooling technology.
