The new 12,500sq-ft facility now offers a bevy of upgraded technology and comfort, which the company’s previous location lacked. The new facility is 4:4:4-ready and offers five state-of-the-art edit bays, 4Gb SAN to each editing room, Fibrejet, color room, HD, offline and online capabilities in all rooms, centralized machine room, HDCAM, D5, HDSR, VariCam, Digital Betacam, DVCAM, BetaCam and capture and layoffs of effect selects.
Available 24/7, the facility has an interior reminiscent of an upscale hotel with a large kitchen and lounge. Additionally, The DR Group's raw-film warehouse for traditional media users is on-site.
