May 19, 2009 3:11 PM

Harris featured its next-generation range of 3Gb/s and OPTO+ fiber-optic solutions and showed how its CCS Navigator network monitoring and control application enables a streamlined, centralized broadcast workflow during the NAB Show.

The Harris 3Gb/s and OPTO+ fiber-optic signal processing technology is well-suited for users designing a new facility from the ground up or for those adding products to an existing operation. Fiber is of particular importance for 3Gb/s installations because of its ability to transfer 3Gb/s content over long distances.

The company’s 3Gb/s and fiber solutions at the NAB Show included the X85 multiple application video and audio platform, Platinum series routers and the 6800+ modular core processing platform.
