UK video facility Intervideo has expanded its services with a Snell & Wilcox Alchemist Ph.C-HD motion-compensated standards converter.

The Alchemist Ph.C-HD gives Intervideo a competitive advantage in attracting new clients as well as expanding business within its existing client base, said Gerry Wade, technical director at Intervideo. Both old and new clients request the Alchemist Ph.C-HD by name for their SD and HD workflows, he added.
