LYNX Technik rolls out three new HD downconverters

LYNX Technik has begun shipping three new multimode HD downconverters, which expand the company's existing portfolio of Series 3000 portable "brick" MiniModules.

The new LYNX HD MiniModules include:

• HD digital downconverter with SD/HD distribution amplifier and test generator (model D VD 3601);
• HD downconverter with D/A converter and test generator (model C DX 3610);
• HD downconverter with audio de-embedder (model C DX 3624).

By leveraging LYNX Technik's core technology, the new products deliver broadcast-quality signal conversion in compact form factors.

Applications include mobile vans, broadcast master control rooms, production studios, network operating centers, post production and video duplication facilities. LYNX Technik will showcase the new downconverters at NAB2007.
