MIRA Mobile Television is using the Leitch X75 HD multiple path converter/synchronizer to deliver HD broadcasts of the Seattle Mariners' key match-ups this season.

The converter/synchronizer provides up-, down-, cross-conversion, HD frame sync, video and audio processing capabilities and an automatic input select to the proper HD output format. The 1RU X75HD allows MIRA to transmit multiple program feeds in various standards and high-definition formats from one mobile unit.

Depending on the game, the M-5 may produce up to six video program feeds, including HD 720p for FSN Northwest; HD 1080i for visiting team carriers; SD SDI and SD analog for digital cable customers and other viewers throughout the Northwest; an SD SDI clean feed for MLB's pay-per-view programming; and 1080i clean and dirty program feeds for Japanese broadcast network, NHK.
