MTV Movie Awards relies on EVS XT[2] HD servers for playback

EVS XT[2] servers were the main playback source for content for the MTV Movie Awards 2007, including content delivered during the live broadcast to on-set screens and LEDs.

The EVS XT[2] HD video server acted as the foundation for the awards show’s playback requirements, from “pink carpet” celebrity interviews, arrival clips and packages and behind-the-scenes footage, to content being used as part of the set design via screens and LEDs.

Eight XT[2] servers provided continuous recording, editing and playback for this year’s awards show, including four six-channel XT[2]s linked via IP Director that were used specifically for the screens and LEDs.
