The Los Angeles County Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) has named National TeleConsultants (NTC) as a co-recipient of an Electrical Excellence Award.
The award recognizes the media systems design and construction administration services NTC provided for audiovisual systems at HBO’s new Santa Monica, CA, headquarters.
A panel of industry professionals bestows the honor based on criteria that include originality, aesthetics, workmanship and difficulty of installation. The awards competition considers several different categories based on the types of projects and their dollar values. The HBO Santa Monica Headquarters Audiovisual Systems project won in the Electronic Systems (more than $500,000) category. The award recognizes the electronic systems contractor (Direct A/V), as well as the owner (HBO) and electrical engineer (NTC).
