ScheduALL provides a centralized view into the scheduling of all rooms, equipment, and personnel to prevent double-booking and to ensure that all projects are executed on schedule and on budget.
The new 250,000sq-ft Newseum in Washington, D.C., has chosen the ScheduALL production and operations
management solution for HD production facilities and A/V resources.
The Newseum, which opened April 11, is using ScheduALL to schedule, track and manage all
broadcasting equipment, personnel and resources.
The Newseum's HD production facilities include two production studios, two control rooms, five
edit suites and a digital, multiformat HD news production infrastructure that will be used to host
news programs, such as ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos." ScheduALL provides a
centralized view into the scheduling of all rooms, equipment and personnel to prevent double booking
and to ensure that all projects are executed on schedule and on budget as well as with the resources
they require. ScheduALL is also being used to manage scheduling of A/V equipment and personnel for
the Newseum's conference center.
