SOFT, France relies on Pro-Bel for HD truck

SOFT, France has extended its relationship with Pro-Bel with the purchase and installation of routing and control equipment for its flagship HD Truck.

Supplied by Pro-Bel France, the technology includes a Sirius HD 96 x 96 and Sirius SD 96 x 256 router with control system and panels. According to SOFT technical engineer Yves Pianfetti, an important factor in selecting Pro-Bel was the reliability of the interface of the Sirius router with the Snell & Wilcox Kahuna production switcher.

Since the installation, SOFT has produced several productions, including “Le Jour du Seigneur” for France 2, which required both SD and HD versions.
