World Wide Audio adds Euphonix System 5 console

World Wide Audio in New York City has installed a 72-fader System 5 mixing console with EuCon Hybrid DAW control for HDTV post-production film mixing and editing.

Dubbing itself the “biggest little post house in New York City,” World Wide Audio offers a diverse array of production services. The only private dub stage on the East Coast with Dolby 5.1/7.1 approval and a permanent DTS mixing facility, World Wide Audio is also an approved Dolby content provider.

World Wide Audio’s new Euphonix console is a dual-operator mixing desk with features that make it easier for film mixers. With the touch of a button, the desk changes from a full console to a full Pro Tools controller.

World Wide Audio also has added HD/SDI support, and with its multiple System 6000 units, a CEDER DNS2000 for advanced dialog cleaning.

The Euphonix System 5 is specifically designed for film dubbing and HD surround-sound audio post. Integrated transport control for both audio and video machines and a mix/automation system make the console well suited for any post-production facility.
