Belden introduces heavy-duty Cat5E UTP cables

Belden CDT has introduced its Brilliance CatSnake tactical field-deployable Category 5E A/V cables designed for use in patching Ethernet or other Cat5E digital A/V formats.

The AES/EBU-compliant cables feature a rugged bonded-pair design designed for use in high-traffic indoor and outdoor applications.

A heavy-jacket wall version is designed for medium duty use while an upjacketed version is available for extremely harsh environments.
