nordahl.tv has launched the “Nordahl HDTV Report,” an in-depth informational Web site free to HDTV industry professionals.

The industry report is designed to be an unbiased and independent source for reporting on current high interest HDTV technologies and market stories semi-monthly.

The first issue was posted at www.coax.tv Jan. 17. It featured an in-depth story, “What is the future for HDCAM & DVCPRO-HD?,” the first in a three-part series on comparing existing HD camcorder formats with the new HDV from Canon, JVC and Sony, and the HVX from Panasonic. The follow up stories will debut Feb. 7 and Feb 21.

At the end of the three-part series, a PDF file of all three issues will be available free to subscribers. To subscribe, visit www.coax.tv or www.nordahl.tv.
