Meintel, Sgrignoli, & Wallace establish new technical consulting firm

Three technical consultants firms are merging to form one organization. The new firm, Meintel, Sgrignoli, & Wallace, will include William Meintel of TechWare, Gary Sgrignoli of Sgrignoli Consulting, and Dennis Wallace of Wallace & Associates.

Meintel has experience providing computer based analysis applications and highly specialized software. He also works on policy and regulatory matters for industry trade associations and provides services to stations and group broadcasters.

Sgrignoli is well known for his work on digital modulation and transmission systems. He worked on the Zenith Electronics team that developed and tested the 8-VSB modulation system used by the ATSC digital television standard. Sgrignoli holds 35 patents and was a recipient of the Matti S. Siukola award by the IEEE.

Wallace specializes in RF Propagation measurements, transmission systems, and regulatory and policy matters. He also was a recipient of the IEEE’s Matti S. Siukola award.

The firm has established a new Web site at www.mswdtv.com.
