Tiger Technology unveils new SAN solution

Tiger Technology has introduced a new high-speed file-sharing SAN management solution. MetaSAN 2.0 enables multiple users to share access to common data files in workgroups where high bandwidth requirements are the norm.

MetaSAN 2.0 features include a heterogeneous platform support so that Windows, Mac OS X and Linux users can share information while continuing to use their platform OS and tools. The system is hardware agnostic and the software is compatible with multiple connectivity protocols including FC, SCSI, iSCSI and Ethernet.
