VertigoXmedia has partnered with Stats to integrate a sports data feed into the Xstation “channel-in-a-box" system. By subscribing to the Stats service, real-time sports data can power in tickers, crawls and data-driven graphics.
Stats provides real-time sports headlines, real-time game scores and player stats, game schedules, standings and leader boards via its flexible XML data feeds, which are linked directly to Xstation.
With a built-in parser for Stats data, users can create their Xstation channel graphics by authoring them in Xstudio or by dragging and dropping graphics from the customizable library of Xmedia Objects that ships with Xstation. Graphics can be controlled by the traffic or automation systems, with manual override when required.
