FOR-A will introduce its latest addition to the HANABI digital video switcher product family, the HVS-1500HS HANABI 1.5 M/E switcher, at NAB2007.
The HVS-1500HS is positioned between the HVS-1000HS 1 M/E and HVS-3800HS 2 M/E models, all three of which are compact, powerful switchers that support all major HD formats, as well as 525/60 and 625/50.

Like the other members of the HANABI switcher product family, the HVS-1500HS offers a high-performance DVE capable of real 3-D DVE effects. This true 3-D DVE has polygonal-based effects where video is literally wrapped around 3-D shapes. The HVS-1500HS can also accommodate an optional two quad split-screen function.
