The ProBlox multiconnector allows fast, simple setup and teardown in broadcast and A/V applications.
BTX Technologies will feature its new ProBlox system, a multiconnector that bundles numerous signals, at NAB2008.
The ProBlox system combines 16 coax and 26 audio/data/control contacts in one multiconnector. This allows fast, simple setup and teardown in broadcast and A/V applications, such as remote broadcasting and rental and rack staging.
The field-terminatable system is custom-configurable for numerous combinations of VGA, component, composite, balanced and unbalanced audio, data and control signals. Built of rugged, durable components and offering 75ohm video contacts for an HD signal, the ProBlox system reduces the number of individual cables for less clutter and a clean finished look.
