Custom Consoles has completed a major broadcast furniture installation for Spanish broadcaster Teuve, which includes five desks from the Module-R range, seven System 2 desks, Barco monitor wall cladding and 25 Ergotron LX monitor arms.
This installation was part of a planned expansion at the broadcaster’s new headquarters in Barcelona to accommodate a file-based digital workflow for production and post production, said Cosme Rubio, technical director at Teuve.
Custom Consoles installed a 23ft two-operator Module-R desk in Teuve’s master control room, configured with six desktop equipment pods, two floor-to-desk-height storage bays and 14 monitor arms. The ends of the desk are slightly angled inward to maintain good viewing angles for the desktop control screens.
Custom Consoles' Module-R product range is a pick-and-mix control room furniture system that combines aesthetically pleasing design and durability.
