At IBC2008, Custom Consoles will feature System 2, a multielement furniture system designed to accommodate free-standing or pod-mounted equipment such as graphics workstations and editing terminals.
System 2 includes the S2-01A desk and S2-2A shelf, both of which are electrically adjustable in height. Each comes complete with cable management and IEC power outlets.
Features include large-diameter radial corners with high-density curved edging and a choice of hard-wearing upper-surface finishes. Additional components in the System 2 series include the S2-03A dual-VTR pedestal, S2-05A 4 U slide-out VTR tray, S2-06A under-shelf equipment pod, S2-07A 27 U front-glazed quiet bay and S2-08A 27 U equipment bay.
