EditShare is showing the integration of its EditShare Storage and XStream Series solutions with Vector 3’s VECTORBOX playout servers at the NAB Show in Las Vegas.

EditShare Storage and XStream Series shared-storage solutions are custom-engineered to meet the needs of large-scale broadcast production environments. Designed to manage extremely large files as well as hundreds of simultaneous users, EditShare shared-storage technology incorporates collaborative media production tools, such as Avid and Apple project sharing.

These features accelerate production workflows for fast-paced news and sports operations. Editshare and Vector 3 provide a collaborative, format independent broadcast workflow over Gigabit LAN where ingest, editing and final playout are unified with no need for copies and transfers between systems.
