The Synergy SD series of digital production switchers are multipurpose switchers used to work in virtually any live production environment.

Egyptian Radio & Television Union (ERTU) has acquired three Ross Synergy 2 SD production switchers to upgrade three mobile trucks.

In late June, ERTU began looking for production switchers to upgrade its OB vans used to cover the Arab Sports Championship to be held in Cairo, Egypt, in November. ERTU previously purchased four Synergy 3 SD switchers from Ross.

The Synergy SD series of digital production switchers are multipurpose switchers designed to work in virtually any live production environment. The Synergy line is a family of production switchers using a common hardware and software base. It can be upgraded to a larger model by adding more processing boards into the rack frame and swapping in a larger control panel.
