Leightronix to showcase automation controller at InfoComm 2005 in Las Vegas

The company’s all-in-one Nexus automation controller includes a multichannel video server.

Leightronix will showcase Nexus, a specialized television automation solution, at InfoComm 2005 in June in Las Vegas.

The Nexus provides multichannel digital video playback and recording; digital messaging/signage; DVD/VCR machine control; and video/audio signal routing. The combination of these features in one device decreases overall system cost when compared to the cost of implementing individual system components to achieve the same functionality.

The Nexus operates as a stand-alone device and is managed via network using provided WinNexus software. A built-in, high-speed Ethernet port and simplified front panel setup allows for quick and easy connection to a local or wide area network (LAN or WAN) or the Internet.
