Matrox unveils graphics card for digital signage

Matrox Graphics has launched its new Parhelia DL256 PCI graphics card supporting high-resolution, dual-link monitors under Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

Combined with the 30in Apple Cinema HD Display, the card provides output at resolutions up to 2560x1600. The Parhelia DL256 supports the dual link DVI industry standard for compatibility with next-generation, high-resolution, digital monitors.

The combined Parhelia DL256 PCI and Apple Cinema HD Display are intended for digital signage applications and digital retail advertising.
