Media Distributors will demonstrate its new Constellation VCM video asset management system at the NAB Show, April 20-23, in Las Vegas.

Constellation VCM is an integrated storage management and archive management system for professional video environments. The software system includes an end-user interface that enables full search, retrieve and manipulation of video and project files without touching the original video source content.

Constellation VCM leverages enterprise tiered storage techniques and includes digital fingerprinting. The system is designed for users ranging from large-scale video rights holders to small production and post-production companies.

With Constellation VCM, users can conduct on-site video ingest, archive and editing, including color correction, and can distribute to CD, DVD or digital delivery systems.
